Lucy Gardner Stokes Scholarship

Established in 2025, the Lucy Gardner Stokes Scholarship supports students pursuing skilled trades at Durham Tech. The scholarship gives preference to students enrolled in direct-to-career AAS degree, diploma, or certificate programs, and to those who live in Durham or Orange County. This scholarship was created to help students gain hands-on training and launch rewarding careers that strengthen our local workforce.

Criteria: Enrolled in BEST pathway (Building, Engineering and Skilled Trades), excluding Automotive. Preference given to students enrolled in direct-to-career AAS degree, diploma, or certificate programs.
