Dawn Virginia Jarvis Scholarship in Opticianry

The Dawn Virginia Jarvis Scholarship in Opticianry was established in memory of Dawn Jarvis by her family and friends. Dawn received her AA in Opticianry in 1986. This degree allowed her to support her family (at times as a single parent) and built a fulfilling and meaningful 35+ year career in that field.
Criteria: Recipient must be enrolled in either the Opticianry AAS program or the Optical Apprentice Certificate program, and be a single parent. Preference will be given to first-generation opticianry students.
