Virgil D. Hager and Nancy Hager Rand Memorial Scholarship

Established by Ms. Virginia Rand Bowman and Mr. M. Hager Rand along with other family members in memory of their grandfather Mr. Virgil D. Hager and mother Ms. Nancy Hager Rand, to advance the education of worthy individuals in the Durham community and to provide financial assistance to a student enrolled in any program of study leading to an associate?s degree, diploma, or certificate.
Criteria: Enrolled in 9+ credit hours; 2.5+ cumulative GPA; Demonstrate financial need
