William Kimball Griffin Memorial Scholarship

Established by family and friends of the late Dr. William Kimball “Chief” Griffin, a Durham dentist from 1946 to 1988 and a Durham Tech Board of Trustee from 1974 to 1994, to assist in defraying educational costs for a worthy Durham Tech student enrolled in the Dental Laboratory Technology program.
Criteria: Enrolled in the Dental Laboratory Technology program; Completion of 9+ credit hours in the program; Enrolled in 9+ credit hours; 3.0+ cumulative GPA; Resident of Durham county
