Dr. Phail Wynn, Jr. RTI Early Childhood Education Scholarship

This endowed scholarship was established by RTI International in honor of Dr. Wynn’s distinguished service to the RTI Board of Governors. Criteria: Enrolled in Early Childhood Education program of study; completed 9 credit hours in the program; and enrolled in 9 credit hours.
