Established by Ms. Dorothy A. Brower and her family and friends to assist in defraying educational costs for eligible Durham Tech students.
Criteria: Completion of 18 credit hours at Durham Tech; High school graduate from either Chapel Hill Carrboro, Durham, Moore, Orange, or Durham Tech’s AHS/GED program; 3.0+ cumulative GPA; Enrolled in 9+ credit hours
